How to use
Add a pinch or two to curries, dhal, soups and stir-fries, mix it into marinades and spice rubs for meat, fish or vegetables, or sprinkle it on buttered bread and roasted potatoes. As a rough guide, a quarter teaspoon stands in for one clove of fresh garlic.

Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place, as the powder clumps when it takes up moisture.
