Ancient Nutra Chaga Mushroom Extract is a food supplement made from chaga (Inonotus obliquus), a woody fungus that grows on the bark of birch trees in cold northern forests. Ancient Nutra fills it into vegetarian capsules at its facility in Sri Lanka.

How to use
The maker's directions: take the dose printed on the tub each day with water, ideally with a meal. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
