This is the Premium grade of Ancient Nutra matcha: Japanese green tea made from younger, shade-grown leaves and stone-ground into a fine, bright green powder. It has a rich umami taste with a smooth, gently sweet finish.
The Premium grade sits between the Classic grade and the top Ceremonial grade, both sold separately. It suits plain whisked tea as well as hot and iced milk drinks.

How to use
The maker's directions: whisk 1 teaspoon into hot (not boiling) water until frothy, or blend it into hot or cold milk for a matcha latte. Pour a whisked or blended matcha over ice for iced matcha.
