A white tub of 60 vegetarian capsules from Ancient Nutra, filled with ground green coffee beans. Green coffee is simply the coffee bean before it is roasted, so it keeps its pale green colour and grassy smell.
The tub is labelled Organic Green Coffee Bean, a herbal supplement, and the maker says the beans are organically grown in Sri Lanka. This is the whole-bean powder version; Ancient Nutra also makes a separate Green Coffee Bean Extract in a black tub.
In each capsule
- Green coffee bean powder: 650mg
In the pack
- 60 vegetarian capsules in a plastic tub
- Labelled GMO free, dairy free, gluten free and soy free
How to use
The maker's directions: one capsule 30 minutes before a meal, up to two capsules a day, with water. Green coffee beans contain some natural caffeine, though less than roasted coffee, so the maker suggests taking it earlier in the day. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed.
Ancient Nutra is a Sri Lankan brand, founded in 2015.
