Ancient Nutra ginger powder is dried ginger root, grown in Sri Lanka and ground to a fine, pale powder. It has a warm, zingy heat, so a little goes a long way.

How to use
- Add to curries, stir-fries, soups and marinades.
- Use in cakes, biscuits and gingerbread.
- For a quick ginger tea, whisk half a teaspoon into hot water with lemon and honey and leave it for a couple of minutes.
