Fruity Glow from Ancient Nutra is a food supplement of 60 vegetarian capsules in a white tub with a pink label. Each capsule holds a 500mg blend of vitamin C, turmeric, orange peel, amla, saffron extract and aloe vera extract.
Amla, the Indian gooseberry, and turmeric are both long-standing ingredients of Sri Lankan and Indian Ayurveda. The label carries a Department of Ayurveda registration number.

How to use
The label's directions: one capsule with a meal, up to two capsules a day, with water. The maker adds that it should be taken in courses of up to 8 to 12 weeks, followed by a break of at least two weeks. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.

Close the lid tightly and keep the tub in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
