This is the larger 500g pack of Ancient Nutra Coconut Sugar: light brown granules made from the nectar of the coconut palm flower, from palms grown in Sri Lanka. It has a soft caramel flavour.
The pack lists a single ingredient, 100% Coconut Sugar, and marks it vegan, gluten free and non-GMO. It is also sold in a 250g pouch.
