Retrocede en el tiempo a través de dos eras distintas de la historia de Sri Lanka en este tour de día completo de 12 horas desde Kandy. Sube por la dramática fortaleza rocosa de Yapahuwa, un bastión del siglo XIII que se eleva desde las llanuras de la selva, y estudia las intrincadas tallas de piedra y la escalera decorativa que marcan su entrada. Desde allí, viaja a Panduwasnuwara, donde las extensas ruinas de un reino aún más antiguo se despliegan por el paisaje — murallas de la ciudad, una ciudadela, y el vasto Panda Wewa, uno de los primeros embalses de irrigación jamás construidos en Sri Lanka.
