Arriving in Sri Lanka

Flights to Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport land in the dry south of Sri Lanka, within about an hour of the beaches around Tangalle and of Tissamaharama, the gateway to Yala National Park. Most charter passengers arrive on a package with a hotel transfer included; independent travellers should book a transfer in advance, as public transport from Mattala is limited.

Lakpura arranges airport transfers from every Sri Lankan airport, with a driver waiting in arrivals and the pick-up time adjusted to your actual landing.
