Sol House is a fully serviced beachfront villa on the coast at Kamburugamuwa, just east of Mirissa, run by The One Group of Hotels. It is taken as a whole by one group: six bedrooms across two villas, two ocean-view pools, a rooftop terrace and a movie room.
The Ocean Breeze Villa holds the Infinity Ocean Suite and the Poolside Suite, both with king beds, en-suite bathrooms and direct ocean views, plus a third king room; the Garden Bliss Villa holds the Garden Suite (king bed, beach views), the Twin Garden room (two single beds) and a multimedia room. Each villa has a private butler.
A resident chef and team cook from an a la carte menu or to order, and handle dietary requests given in advance. The villa holds no liquor licence, so guests are welcome to bring their own.
Mirissa is known for surfing and for whale watching from its harbour. Galle is under an hour away, Mattala Airport about 1.5 hours and Colombo Airport (CMB) about 2.5 hours by road.
