These are quills of pure Ceylon cinnamon, the true cinnamon of Sri Lanka, in continental grade 5. They carry Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status for Ceylon cinnamon.
Use whole quills to garnish drinks or infuse in mulled wine, tea and curries, or grate them fresh over desserts and snacks for fragrance and flavour. Store below 30C in a clean, odourless, airtight container away from sunlight and heat.
