Ancient Nutra Shilajit Resin is shilajit in its soft, sticky resin form. Shilajit is a dark, tar-like mineral substance that seeps from rock in high mountain ranges and has a long place in Ayurveda. The maker says this resin comes from the Himalayan region; the box reads "Pure Himalayan, Resin Supplement, No Additives, Bitter Shilajit" and states 75% fulvic acid. It is a different product from the Ancient Nutra Shilajit Extract capsules.

How to use
The maker's directions: a pea-sized amount (about 300 to 500mg) once a day, in the morning, dissolved in warm water, herbal tea or milk. Expect a strong, bitter taste. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
Storage
Close the lid after use and keep the jar in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
