Vendol is one of the longest-running herbal brands in Sri Lanka. Vendol Lanka Company (Pvt) Ltd has sold soaps, creams, oils and Ayurvedic preparations under the Vendol name since 1982, and its manufacturing arm, Godakanda Herbals (Pvt) Ltd, has made them since 1999 from traditional Sri Lankan herbal recipes, with production supervised by a qualified Ayurvedic doctor. Herbal soaps. The Venivel bar with venivel, turmeric and sandalwood, Royal Fresh red sandalwood, Kohomba (neem), Turmeric, Jojoba Medi, the Familia beauty bars in 85 g and 125 g, and the Royal Baby soaps in pink and white.
Face, skin and hair. Haridralepa turmeric cream, Herbal Beauty Cream, Night Gel, the Gold Face Pack, the carrot and turmeric face wash, Vensoline body lotion, the Nelli Uluhal shampoo and Kesharaja hair oil.
Toothpaste, balms and oils. T and G herbal toothpaste in three sizes, Maha Narayana balm, Sandhi Watha Thailaya and the small 3 ml bottle of Six Oil.
Ayurvedic preparations. Asamodagam (ajwain water), Tenmix Dashapanguwa herbal drink sachets, Shakthi Jeewani, Agnimoola tablets, Buddhi Wardhani and Aswagen ashwagandha biscuits. Read each label, and ask a doctor first if you are pregnant, taking medication or under medical care.
Drinks. Vendol also bottles small fruit soft drinks (mango, jama naran, mixed fruit) and an aloe vera drink.
