A collection of Dhamma talks given by Rev. Borelle Kovida Thero, gathered from the sermons he delivered at various venues in Sicily while working to spread the Buddha's teaching there.
The text is in Sinhala throughout, with no English translation, so it will suit readers who are comfortable reading Sinhala prose. Rev. Borelle Kovida Thero is known as a preacher of the Dhamma, and the material here comes out of that preaching rather than from academic writing — these are talks as they were given to audiences, now set down on the page.
It is published by M. D. Gunasena & Co. (Pvt) Ltd, a long-established Colombo publishing house issuing books in Sinhala and English.
Of interest to Sinhala-reading Buddhists abroad, to readers who follow contemporary Sri Lankan Dhamma preachers, and to anyone curious about Buddhist missionary work carried out in Europe.
