Lakpura® Baby Jackfruit, also known in Sri Lanka as Polos, is the young, unripe form of jackfruit, valued for its mild flavour and firm, shredded texture. Unlike ripe jackfruit, which is sweet and fruity, baby jackfruit has a neutral taste that absorbs spices, coconut milk, and seasonings beautifully.
