Colombo City Tour from Bentota

Depart Bentota and head north to Colombo on this private, seven-hour city tour led by an English-speaking chauffeur guide. Your first stops are the National Museum — home to Sri Lanka's royal regalia and ancient artefacts — and the Kelaniya Temple, a richly painted Buddhist shrine on the banks of the Kelani River. Next, you browse one of Colombo's largest markets before crossing to the Gangarama Temple, a vibrant complex that blends Buddhist, Hindu, and colonial architecture.

The day closes at Galle Face Green, where you watch the sun sink over the Indian Ocean alongside locals flying kites and vendors selling isso wade.
