How to use
- Stir the powder into warm water or milk to make coconut milk; use less liquid for a thick coconut cream, more for a thin milk
- Add straight to curries, dhal and gravies towards the end of cooking
- Use in baking, desserts, smoothies and hot drinks
Storage
Reseal after opening and keep in a cool, dry place, away from moisture.
