A black ENHANCED tub of 60 vegetarian capsules from Ancient Nutra, made with a standardised extract of maca (Lepidium meyenii). Maca is a small radish-like root grown high in the Andes of Peru, where it has been eaten as a food for centuries.
The maker says the maca is sourced from Peru and the capsules are made in Sri Lanka. It is sold as a herbal supplement and contains no caffeine.

How to use
The maker's directions: one capsule with breakfast, with water; some people take a second capsule with lunch. The maker suggests avoiding an evening dose. Maca contains goitrogens, so speak with your doctor first if you have a thyroid condition. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
Storage
Keep the tub closed in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.
