A white tub of 60 vegetarian capsules from Ancient Nutra, made from karavila, the bitter melon or bitter gourd (Momordica charantia) that is cooked in Sri Lankan kitchens as a curry or a crisp fried sambol.

How to use
The maker's directions: two capsules a day with a meal, with water. The maker states that bitter melon in any form should not be used in pregnancy, or by women who could become pregnant and are not using effective contraception.
