Wedagedara Memory Melt is a chocolate made with two herbs well known in traditional Sri Lankan practice: lunuwila (Bacopa monnieri) and gotukola (Centella asiatica), the leaf that also goes into the everyday gotukola mallum. The maker turns them into cocoa cubes, an easy way to take herbs that taste bitter on their own, made without artificial additives or preservatives.
