About this experience

Board your air-conditioned vehicle in Panadura and head south with your English-speaking chauffeur towards Udawalawe National Park — a journey that takes roughly three hours before the real adventure begins. At the park gates, transfer into a safari jeep driven by your English-speaking driver, who also acts as your wildlife tracker throughout the game drive. Scan the grasslands and reservoir banks for Sri Lanka's resident elephant herds, water buffalo, crocodiles, and a wide variety of birdlife. A one-litre bottle of mineral water is provided to keep you refreshed on the trail.

This is a private, full-day excursion lasting ten hours in total, open to guests aged five and above. Note that entrance tickets to Udawalawe National Park are not included and should be purchased on arrival. Food, drinks beyond the provided water, gratuities, and personal expenses are also at your own cost. Lakpura handles all logistics from hotel pickup in Panadura to your return drop-off.
