About this experience
Your chauffeur guide collects you from your Bentota hotel at 8:00 am for a private, full-day tour along Sri Lanka's southern coast. Over ten hours, you travel through the highlights of the region — expect lush landscapes, coastal scenery, and a boat safari on the Madu River, where mangroves line calm waterways and wildlife appears at close range. Your English-speaking guide handles all navigation and commentary throughout.
Each person receives a litre of bottled mineral water, and your chauffeur manages hotel pick-up and drop-off. Note that entrance fees — including the Madu River boat safari — along with meals, drinks, and personal expenses are not covered. Minimum age for the tour is five years. This is a private excursion, so the day moves at your pace.
