Siddhalepa Sukumara Churnaya (30 g) is a churnaya, a fine herbal powder, made in Sri Lanka to the classical Ayurvedic formula of the same name. The formula combines ashwagandha, shatavari and bala with dry ginger, black pepper and long pepper. The maker's directions mix it with warm water.
The maker notes that the formula is included in the Ayurveda pharmacopoeia among churna preparations, and lists it in its Ayur Pharmaceuticals range.
