Siddhalepa Ayurveda Tea Fresh Start (25g) is a caffeine-free herbal tea of coriander leaves and clove flower buds. The clove gives it a warm, spicy aroma and the coriander a fresh, green note. It is made as a cup to start the day.
It is part of the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Tea range: loose herbal teas made from herbs, roots, leaves and flowers, each packed in an illustrated paper caddy. Each tea in the range has its own blend, and some have a strong, distinct taste.
Ingredients
- Coriander leaves (Coriandrum sativum)
- Clove flower buds (Eugenia caryophyllus)
How to use
- Put 1 to 2 teaspoons of the tea in a cup.
- Pour over one cup of boiling water.
- Leave to steep for 5 to 10 minutes, or longer for a stronger taste.
