Siddhalepa Ayurveda Tea Anxiety (25g) is a fragrant, caffeine-free herbal tea of jasmine flowers (Jasminum grandiflorum) and sandalwood (Santalum album). It brews a light, floral cup, made for a quiet moment at the end of a busy day.
It is part of the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Tea range: loose herbal teas made from herbs, roots, leaves and flowers, each packed in an illustrated paper caddy. Each tea in the range has its own blend, and some have a strong, distinct taste.

How to use
- Put 1 to 2 teaspoons of the tea in a cup.
- Pour over one cup of boiling water.
- Leave to steep for 5 to 10 minutes, or longer for a stronger taste.
