Triphala Capsule is an Ayurvedic herbal capsule from Sewanagala Ayurveda. Triphala, Sanskrit for three fruits, is one of the best-known formulas of classical Ayurveda: equal parts of the dried fruits of aralu, bulu and nelli. Here it comes in vegetarian capsules.
Ingredients
Aralu (Terminalia chebula), bulu (Terminalia bellirica) and nelli (Phyllanthus emblica).
How to use
