About this experience
Strap on a tank and descend into Hikkaduwa's clear waters for a private two-hour scuba dive off Sri Lanka's southern coast. A boat takes you out to the dive site, where a certified, experienced instructor guides you through coral gardens and reef fish in the warm Indian Ocean. No PADI certificate needed — beginners start with a shallow dive at two metres before progressing to five to ten metres on the second dive, guided throughout by the instructor.
All diving equipment and a bottle of mineral water are included. Hotel pick-up and drop-off, food, drinks and gratuities are not, so arrange your own transport to the dive point. Minimum age for this activity is 12, and it runs privately rather than in a shared group.
