About this experience
Board your private vehicle in Colombo and head into Sri Lanka's hill country with an English-speaking chauffeur guide at the wheel. On the way, you stop at the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy — a UNESCO World Heritage site — where your guide walks you through the temple's layered history before you continue up into the tea-carpeted highlands and overnight in Nuwara Eliya, the compact colonial town the British once nicknamed 'Little England'.
Day two takes you to Horton Plains National Park, where you trek the misty plateau to World's End — a sheer escarpment with a near-vertical drop of over 800 metres and a sweeping view across the island. The tour runs over two days and is private throughout, with two 500 ml water bottles per person per day included. Hotel accommodation, meals, and site entrance fees are not included and are arranged separately. Minimum age is 12.
