A colouring book for young children, published in English by M. D. Gunasena & Co. of Colombo. The pages carry simple illustrations for a child to colour in, with early learning concepts introduced through the activity itself rather than through text to be read.
The drawings are plain and uncluttered, which is what makes them workable for small hands: there is room to colour, and the shapes are clear enough for a child who is still learning to stay inside a line. The publisher intends it to be used either by a child working alone or by a child and an adult sitting together, which is how most books of this kind are actually used at home.
It belongs to a series of colouring books from the same publisher, all built along the same lines:
- Cool Colouring
- Kiddy Colouring
- Happy Colouring
- Funny Colouring
- Free Colouring
- My Colouring
