About this experience
Climb into a rugged 4x4 at Kamatha, near Habarana, and push it through 90 minutes of demanding terrain. You tackle mud pits, river crossings, rocky tracks, forest undergrowth, steep hill climbs, and ditches, all in a private session built around your group. A fully qualified 4x4 instructor rides with you throughout, and a recovery marshal stands by so you can drive hard without hesitation. A water bottle is included per person, and participants from age 5 can take part.
This is the first and only location in Sri Lanka where dedicated 4x4 mud safaris are offered, run by a team with over 20 years of off-road experience. Lakpura organises the booking end-to-end; just arrive ready to get muddy. Food, drinks, and gratuities are not included.
