Glow is a skin-care food supplement from Mega We Care, sold in a carton of 3 x 10 softgel capsules. The front of the pack carries the Skin Care label and the name of its SKHN Complex, the maker's own blend built around marine protein.
Each softgel combines marine protein and hydrolysed collagen with a group of plant extracts: horsetail, tomato (providing lycopene), green tea, grape seed and pine bark, together with lemon bioflavonoids. Vitamin C, vitamin E and natural beta-carotene with other carotenoids complete the formula.
Per softgel, the maker lists marine protein at 100 mg, horsetail extract at 71.43 mg, green tea extract and lemon bioflavonoids at 50 mg each, hydrolysed collagen and vitamin C at 30 mg each, tomato extract at 25 mg, grape seed extract at 20 mg, pine bark extract at 10 mg, natural beta-carotene and other carotenoids at 4.5 mg, and vitamin E at 7.5 IU.

Because the formula is built on marine protein, the maker does not recommend it for anyone allergic to fish or marine proteins, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
