Livolin Forte is a softgel capsule formulation from Mega We Care, a brand of Mega Lifesciences Public Company Limited, a Thailand-based pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturer. Each pack contains 30 capsules arranged as three blister strips of ten, and the capsule shell is made from bovine-sourced gelatin. The product is distributed across a wide range of countries and carries regulatory registrations in several markets including Myanmar, Nigeria, Yemen, Ghana, Cambodia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Each softgel capsule contains a combination of essential phospholipids — specifically polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine at 300 mg — alongside a B-vitamin complex comprising Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 10 mg, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 6 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 10 mg, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg, and Nicotinamide 30 mg. The formulation also includes Vitamin E Acetate (dl-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate) at 10 mg per capsule. Phosphatidylcholine is a phospholipid that forms a structural component of cell membranes, and together with the B vitamins and Vitamin E, this combination places Livolin Forte within the category of nutritional supplements that provide compositional support to the liver.
The standard adult dosage is one capsule taken orally three times daily, after meals, swallowed whole with water — or as directed by a physician. Each pack of 30 capsules corresponds to a ten-day course at this standard frequency. Use only as directed; if you have a medical condition, are currently taking other medication, or anticipate long-term use, speak with a physician before starting.
There are several groups for whom this product is not recommended. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use Livolin Forte. Patients on anti-epileptic medicines such as phenytoin should also avoid it, as the Vitamin B content in the formulation may affect the serum levels of such drugs. Patients with depression should only use this product under strict medical supervision. Taking more than the recommended dose may lead to reduced appetite, nausea, abdominal bloating, gastrointestinal discomfort or diarrhoea.
Store the capsules below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the pack out of reach of children. Read the instructions on the packaging carefully before use. The product is manufactured by Mega Lifesciences Public Company Limited, whose facilities in Thailand hold GMP accreditation; the packaging also references Mega Lifesciences (Australia) Pty. Ltd. as a related entity.
