Made in Earth Premium Ceylon Tea BOPF is a single-origin black tea from one plantation in Sri Lanka's up-country hills, packed straight from the factory and never blended with tea from other estates. This is the larger 400g pouch.
BOPF (Broken Orange Pekoe Fannings) is a small, even leaf grade. It brews quickly to a bright, full-coloured cup that takes milk well.

A common starting point is one level teaspoon per cup, with freshly boiled water, steeped for three to four minutes.
