A jasmine-flavoured green tea from Mackwoods, packed as 25 enveloped tea bags weighing 50 g. It is the one green tea in the flavoured range, which otherwise uses black tea.
What is in it
- 25 tea bags, each in its own envelope
- 50 g net
- Single estate, unblended Ceylon tea with jasmine flavour
How to brew
Use one bag per cup with water just off the boil, about 80 to 85 C, and steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Drink it without milk. For iced tea, make it double strength and pour over ice.
Storage
Store the pack closed, in a cool, dry spot away from strong smells.
Mackwoods was founded in Ceylon in 1841 by Captain William Mackwood and is one of the oldest trading houses in Sri Lanka. Tea has been part of its business from the start.
