Kist Strawberry Flavoured Melon Jam is a melon jam flavoured with strawberry, an everyday Sri Lankan breakfast jam, in the large 510g jar.
How to use it
Spread it on bread and butter or toast, or use it in jam tarts and swiss rolls.
Once opened, keep the jar closed in the fridge and use a clean, dry spoon.
Cargills says Kist buys its fruit from Sri Lankan farmers in season and packs it aseptically, so it keeps for the rest of the year without a preservative. For every kilo of fruit and vegetables it buys, Cargills puts 50 cents into the Sarubima Fund, which pays for the education of farmers' children.
