Kiss That Frog

iss That Frog! is a positive, inspirational offering from self-help author Brian Tracy and his daughter Christina, a psychotherapist by profession. Drawing from Tracy’s experiences in motivational speaking and Christina’s counselling experience, the book presents tried and tested techniques to help readers turn the negativity in their lives into absolute positivity.

People all over the world strongly, and often secretly, desire to be the best possible versions of themselves. Unfortunately for them, a variety of factors including fear, anger, and a lack of confidence, hamper their growth and success. These factors and several others can be traced to one primary element - negativity. With careful thought, it becomes obvious that negative thoughts and actions can turn out to be self-fulfilling and hold people back from reaching their highest potential.

At this point, the authors step in with their penetrating insight into the root causes of negativity. They help readers discover and identify debilitating mental blocks. They also provide simple yet powerful techniques to help readers challenge deep-rooted negative mindsets and turn them into stepping-stones on the path to success.

The book discusses various topics like evaders, fear of rejection, happiness, success, persistent negative thoughts, blame games, and feelings. It motivates and guides its readers to develop unwavering faith in themselves in order to be the best that they can be, and live the extraordinary lives that they are born to lead.
