About this experience

Board a 4x4 safari jeep with up to five fellow travellers and head into Kalawewa National Park — one of Sri Lanka's quieter, less-crowded reserves. Your driver doubles as an experienced tracker, guiding you through the park's undisturbed woodland and reservoir landscapes over three hours. Keep your eyes open for rare tusker elephants, a wide variety of bird species, and other wildlife that thrive here away from the busier tourist circuits. A complimentary water bottle is provided per person, and free pickup and drop-off is included for any location within 5 km of the park gate.

Children aged five and above are welcome on this shared safari. Park entrance tickets are included when you select the "Jeep With Tickets" option at booking. Gratuities, food, beverages, and hotel transfers beyond the 5 km radius are not included. Lakpura organises this tour in English.
