About this experience
Climb onto your jet ski at the northern edge of Bolgoda Lake and head south along the river channel, picking up speed as the banks open into the wide, calm expanse of the southern lake. This area's narrow, shallow waters have kept it largely inaccessible — you're riding into one of Sri Lanka's quietest and most untouched stretches of water. The 15-minute private session is yours alone, with an instructor on hand for guidance throughout. A water bottle is included to keep you refreshed before or after your ride.
Make your own way to the Bolgoda Lake launch point, as hotel pick-up and drop-off are not included. Riders must be at least 18 years old and free from back problems or serious medical conditions; expectant mothers should not participate. Food, drinks beyond the included water bottle, and gratuities are at your own expense. Lakpura handles the booking so you can focus on the water.
