Ceylon Supreme is the Hyson range of single-region teas. This one is from the high gardens of Nuwara Eliya. The highest tea country on the island gives a light, bright cup.
100g of loose black tea in a tin with a gold lid. Use one teaspoon of leaf for a cup of about 220ml and steep for three to five minutes. For iced tea, double the strength. It also comes in a 200g tin; see more from Hyson.
