Harischandra Soya Sauce is a dark soya sauce made in Sri Lanka and sold in a 350ml bottle with a red cap. It is the sauce Sri Lankan cooks reach for in Chinese style dishes, devilled food and fried rice.
Use it as an ingredient, a marinade or a dip: it adds salt, colour and a savoury depth to meat, seafood and vegetables.
