Harischandra Chilli Powder is ground dried red chilli, sold by the maker as 100% chilli powder, in a 100g pack. It brings colour and heat to red curries without changing their spice blend.
Chilli was one of the three crops Harischandra milled when the business began in Matara in 1943, alongside rice and kurakkan; packed spices followed in 1958.

Storage
