The grade
FBOP is a broken leaf that is slightly wiry and less twisted than an ordinary BOP. It brews an aromatic, mellow cup, a little gentler than the smaller broken grades.
How to brew
Allow one level teaspoon, about 2 g, of leaf per cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain. Drink it plain or with milk.
Storage
Keep the caddy closed in a cool, dry place, away from strong smells, and use a dry spoon.
