This is pure Ceylon cinnamon, the true cinnamon of Sri Lanka, ground to a fine powder from quillings. It carries Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status for Ceylon cinnamon.
Use it to add fragrance and flavour to desserts, baking, drinks such as tea, coffee and hot chocolate, and snacks. Store below 30C in a clean, odourless, airtight container away from sunlight and heat.
