Damro Labookellie Melfort Green Tea with Mint is the range's single-estate Ceylon green tea from the Melfort estate, blended with natural mint. Green tea is not withered and fermented like black tea, so it brews a pale, fresh cup.
Use water just off the boil (about 80 C) and brew for two to three minutes, so the cup stays smooth. The same tea is sold loose in a 100g pack, and the plain Melfort green tea loose or in bags.
