Damro Labookellie Melfort Green Tea with Mint is the range's single-estate Ceylon green tea from the Melfort estate, blended with natural mint. Green tea is not withered and fermented like black tea, so it brews a pale, fresh cup.
Use water just off the boil (about 80 C) and brew for two to three minutes, so the cup stays smooth. The same tea is sold in boxes of 25 tea bags, and the plain Melfort green tea loose or in bags.
