Damro Labookellie Premium Matcha is a green tea powder made in Sri Lanka from carefully selected green tea leaves. The whole leaf is drunk, whisked into the water rather than infused.
Whisk about one gram (half a teaspoon) with 70 ml of water at about 80 C until frothy, or whisk it into warm milk for a matcha latte.
