Damro Labookellie Mountain Choice is a loose Ceylon black tea from the Labookellie estate blended with rose petals, raspberry, safflower and blue cornflower and a strawberry-and-cream flavour. The petals make it as colourful in the tin as it is fragrant in the cup.
Labookellie is one of the oldest and largest tea estates in Sri Lanka, in the Dimbula growing region of the Nuwara Eliya District, with tea fields above 4,900 feet. Brew one level teaspoon per cup in freshly boiled water for three to five minutes. Drink it plain, or iced in summer.
