Herbal Hair Wash Powder from Bowatte is a dry herbal powder used in place of a liquid shampoo. It is mixed into a paste with water and washed through the hair, a way of washing hair that has long been followed in Sri Lankan homes.
How to use
- Mix the amount you need with water or fermented rice water.
- Apply part of the mixture to the scalp and spread it over the hair.
- Leave it to dry for about 10 minutes.
- Wet the hair, massage well and rinse.
- Apply the rest of the mixture, massage again and rinse well.
