Beam Fenugreek – Garlic Tea (40g) 20 Tea Bags blends fenugreek seed and garlic with green tea. Both are everyday Sri Lankan kitchen ingredients, and here they make a warm herbal drink. Brew a tea bag in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes and sweeten it if you like.
In Sinhala it is called sudulunu uluhal tea, from sudulunu (garlic) and uluhal (fenugreek). The green tea base means the drink contains caffeine.
