Beam Butterfly Pea Flower Drink (30g) 20 Tea Bags is a herbal tea made only from butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea). The flowers brew into a drink with a striking deep blue colour and a delicate floral taste. Steep a tea bag for 1 to 2 minutes and sweeten with sugar if you like.
Add a squeeze of lemon and the colour changes from blue to purple, as the acidity reacts with the natural pigments of the flower. The drink contains no tea leaves and no caffeine.

How to use
- Place one tea bag in boiling water and steep for 1 to 2 minutes.
